At Coffee Capsules Direct, we want you to be perfectly caffeinated; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on items with the original seal intact to ensure safety and quality.

Return Process

  Ensure your coffee capsules or accessories are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in a shipping box to prevent damage to the capsule sleeves during transit, as damaged goods may not be eligible for a full refund.

  Ship and Refund

  Send the package to our warehouse using your preferred courier; once inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
